Firstly I got a full cast list from Miss Ket of who everyone plays in the production. This resource was helpful because it gave me an idea of the number of people in the production and what characters they played. After I got this information I was able to group the different parts -
* Main characters had individual photographs
* People with quite big parts got photographs with thei
r scene group
* dancers (large group) had individual photographs
* singing chorus (individual photographs)
We separated them into groups because everybody has a dif
ferent part in the show and I had an idea than we could have a whole cast photograph ( I think it would look nice and effective) However am going to have to discuss it with the student photographer because there may be too many of us and I also think that it would be hard to get all of the cast together - an idea to resolve this is we could do it during a rehearsal.
After doing this I organized dates that we were all able to supervise the photographs ( I also made a schedule with Ed Gent so he knew when the photographs wer
e and where they were being taken) I set dates and times for everybody in the cast and then I put it on the notice board where all of the cast members check their rehearsals so I think that this would be a good place to put the timetable.

Today I think that I have worked well towards my goal and achieved it. I have also carried my role out responsibly, talking to staff and managed my time efficiently when organizing these photographs. I think I show strengths in working on a time deadline. i also think that this timetable is a good example of teamwork because we made the timetable together, we each contributed towards todays outcome. I think that this timetable is a good example o
PLATS;
* TW3 because I have worked well as a team today
